They have a decent burger. Nothing wrong with it. They lack fancy options, like you can have at The Cove in San Antonio. Message to the owners: hint, hint!

Bar - good bar to hang at, good live music on the weekends. Food at the bar is average and standard for bar food, nothing special about it.Restaurant - good food and service and in a cool building. All kinds of food with something for everyone. Frustrated that the bar doesn't service the same dood as the restaurant.

For Mother's day, my family and I planned to surprise our mom with one of her favorite foods. Chicken fried Steak. Google recommends places that I might like or match my preferences. The steak created a riot and our stomachs surrender to deliciousness good old fashion muscle, the texture tender and juicy, the breading was crispy and the white gravy and pepper was amazing. The restaurant is an homage to an antique country store. Our bartender, Leslie, took our orders. She was energetic, she was a good listener and music loving gal. Only one thing fell short- customer service. After awhile, I asked for a kids refill for lemonade. Unfortunately, after getting a refill their was no flavor. Although, Leslie had multiple customers, she wasn't interested and merely offered soda pop instead. We just asked for our tickets. So in the end, ask not what your bartender can do for you, but instead do not tip.
